Business Process Reengineering for Manufacturing SME in Jordan

The objective of this project is to assess current business operations at a manufacturing SME in Jordan. The aim was to provide recommendations for process reengineering with the goal of achieving substantial improvements in performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. We assessed the current operations at the company and suggest needed modifications based on Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) objectives and subsequently, support GEPICO in implementing those modifications.
