Cost efficiency Analysis of Social Assistance Centers in the Republic of Moldova

Apex Consulting supported the social assistance reform efforts led by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (MoLSP) and the Government of Moldova. Specifically, our team conducted a comprehensive cost efficiency analysis at the local level in Moldova to strengthen the social assistance system and enhance the overall impact and sustainability of social assistance programs. The primary goal of the cost efficiency analysis is to determine the effectiveness and cost efficiency of delivering the minimum package of social services in each of the 14 centers under the National Agency for Social Assistance (ANAS).
