The scope of this project is to provide technical support and in-country support in Timor-Leste to improve business enabling in these countries. Our support includes:

• Business process mapping and re-engineering for the following services:
  • Food processing
  • Agriculture Production (getting state land for agriculture production)
  • Importing agriculture inputs (seeds, fertilize, prettified)
  • Exporting agriculture products
  • Hotel operating licenses
  • Hospital/ private healthcare operating license
• Benchmarking of best-practice benchmarking
• Diagnostics/assessment of market, policy, and institutional issues to identify priority reform/improvement opportunities in private sector development
• Drafting/technical review for changes/enactment of laws and regulations
